BAD BAD Service - dont waste your time money and effort on this company

So this will be my second review on this company.

I cant explain my frustration with NDCSA in words.

After promises that I will get my clearance certificate for weeks last year and not getting it. I get it with the wrong Id number.

This is ridiculous.

AND after promises last week I will get the corrected one monday this week...its now Wednesday...still nothing...not a call not a mail nothing.

Dont waste your time, money and expectations on this company that makes empty promises.

Worst of all, they said they mailed this report to all my debtors, when I contacted my debtors they indicated that the ID on the letter was incorrect - IF they did in fact send the clearance certificate then they would also have received communication that this was incorrect. Really?...how is this place being run.
