bad after service

I was under debt review and NDCSA assisted with the matter and indicated to me that I will be in a clear with my debts once I get the certificate 6 months down the line I am having issues with my scoring due to my name not being fully cleared by one bank institute.

I than call and I was informed that they will resolve the matter with in 48hrs of me sending an email.

its been weeks and I haven't been assessed and my scoring is still affected, tried sending a follow up email which still I'm not responded to.

its sad that when we are sold these products its all smiles but follow us are mostly an issue.

I was also made to rate the service on this platform little did I know its a stunt to gain clients.
