Appalling Service

I signed up with Ndcsa in February, I was ensure that the process is going to take 3 months. After the 4 month of waiting I had to reach out and ask what is going on, they told me every is going going according to plan. Every month there after I had to keep chasing them up asking what’s going I was told lies after lies after lies, the lawyer has been away sick, the lawyer is back, we have your certificate we waiting to get it signed. It’s now been almost 8 months and THEY HAVE FAILED! They told me their systems are down and they can’t call, but yet they were chatting to me on WhatsApp! I am highly disappointed with their service. I’m not one to complain as I work in the service industry too but this is totally ridiculous. Absolutely shocking! Will never recommend them to anyone.
