Unnecessary claims

They are claiming funds that was paid last year Oct2021,they haven't allocated the amount when the payment was done and now they claimimg that I haven't put In the correct reference, they asked yo put the id jo as a reference and that was done,nthe consultant is very arrogant and they dont want to out me through to the person who sent the initial mail
