National debt connection ********

I received an sms stating that I have an outstanding debt with YDE, meanwhile I paid off my account at YDE 10 years ago. The people are not helpful at all because none of them know anything about this sms or any account in my name. They're just rude and don't know how to do their job. They're better sort out their mess before I lodge a legal war with them.
