NDA does not keep up to their promises. This is the 2nd time that i made an arrangement in writing (i have proof of all the e-mails i send) for my installment to be less due to particular reasons. They send an e-mail to confirm that the ticket has been resolved and then they deduct the entire installment. No one wants to take responsibility for this as they say someone phoned from NDA telling me to give my id no whereof nda sends out sms's telling you not to give your personal information out to anybody. I asked the lady to give me my id no and i will confirm but she didn't want to do this. She never even told me why she was calling she just hang up. How is this fair to me?
