Worst Service ever!!

I understand that Covid 19 makes it a bit harder to get back to customers, but the customer service I have received over the last couple of months is purely pathetic!!! My file has been handed over to 4 different people in the last year almost so I never know who to talk to when I call about my file. I have tried calling numerous times just to be told they sent an email to the person who handles my file and she will call me back. I get no phone calls back at all! I have seen my phone ring once where I answered the call and then the line just drops! I have numerous issues on my file and I try to contact in order to get settlement amounts to close other accounts but no one contacts me back. I have already gone to all my accounts I have and made payment arrangements to pay them directly. I am hereby closing my account with NDA! Worst customer service I have ever received and will never recommend them to any one ever!!
