Worst experience with NDA!!!

I joined NDA early this year I spoke to Jody who explained to me that they will deduct R1700 for all my accounts. I then consented seeing it as a great deal. I kept requesting my statements each month as one of my accounts kept debiting even though I was under debt relief and I kept reversing it. I asked them why are they still debiting they told me they are not receiving anything from NDA. When I looked at my statements from NDA no account of mine was being paid I asked Jody via watsapp why was this the case he just blue ticked me. I then decided to cancel my agreement with them they charged me R2 hundred and something which I paid. I then asked them to give me a paid up letter which they never did, I relaxed because they are no more deducting thinking that everything is well. I just found out from my bank that I still reflect as being under debt review, I emailed NDA still requesting the same letter, no reply. My experience with NDA is the worst
