Worst experience ever!

We have asked this company March 2020 to assist us. Since month 1 we had problems with the communication. After requesting the letter stating we are under debt review we recieved 2 incorrect letters, other peoples info . 3rd Time we recieved ours, not a quick process!

Checking balances, amounts etc that was agreed on changes, and for 1 account suddenly their is 2 numbers. Balances outstanding and months to be paid back changes. One account payback months us now 228 months!. Balances differ and the never changed debit order dates on the accounts. Now we pay 10days extra interest every month . Money is taken on the 28 but creditors only get paid 4-6 days after.
