WHAT A NIGHTMARE SERVICE (EVEN IF YOU DID NOT REQUEST IT) !!!! STAY AWAY FROM NATIONAL DEBT ADVISORS!!!

Absolutely terrible services with no concern about peoples welfare and situations. I am practically going to be homeless because of National Debt Advisors.

My nightmares started just over 2 years ago. I inquired about their services and was told that I would be under debt review and wont be able to take further loans/credit card or open retail credit account if we enter into agreement and I declined and did not agree for debt orders to be taken from my account because I have already been paying my debtors and thought they could reduce it. 6 moths after that I was offered a cell phone contract and proceeded just find out that during the application process that I was under debt review from National Debt Advisors.

I contacted them immediately and was told that I must pay a fee for them to remove my name. I was issued with an invoice of R2127.50 (R50 application fee, R300 Administration fee and R1500 reckless lending fee + 15.00% Tax) WHICH I PAID EVEN THOUGH I DECLINED THEIR THIER SERVICES. This happened 3 times !!! the first 2 times when kept being thrown from consultant to consultant trying to find out what the hell is going on I kept being told that the consultant handling my situation is no longer with them and they will investigate my file and then send me an email that my ticket has been resolved. Yet here I am still struggling with them.

The 3rd time being recently on the 19 February 2020. I spoke to a consultant Sisipho B (*** ). He had forwarded me another invoice of the same amount(from *** which I paid and sent him proof of payment to (*** ) as per his request. I have tried 3 times a week up until today without a reply from anybody (yet again I get an email that my ticket has been resolved). I HAVE DONE THIS 3 TIMES TO THE SUM OF R6 382.50 !!!! I regret the day I called to find out about their services. I have lost so much money and now I'm about to lose the roof over my head because of them.

I have recently app**** for alternative rental accommodation and was rejected because of this company not removing me from debt review which I did not agree to. I have to be out of my current accommodation by end of March 2020 and my hands are tied because of National Debt Advisors !!! I'm going to be homeless because of them!!!
