Very poor customer service and turn around

We finished our debt review end of march 2023 and has yet to get or clearance certificate.They promised us 10-15 working days and we are past that. Some accounts that has been paid up last year already is still showing on our credit profile by transunion and NDA just refuses to help saying we must wait while our credit score goes down and down and they take our money for 5 years. All accounts on debt review listing is still showing as outstanding on our profile.
