Unwanted debt review hell !
The senior advisor was not very helpful. They confirmed my application without my full consent, now I have to go through hoops to clear the debt review. I did not appreciate the tone of the email from Ideries neither did I appreciate the call center agent basically shouting at me. I do wish they followed better processes.
