Unsuccessful claim

I app**** on on 20 August for debt relief because of my unemployed status. I only learnt on 20 November that my claim was unsuccessful. Now I will have to pay the full amount to the creditors. I was told to stop working because of a result of a restraint of trade agreement. I owe around a hundred and fifty thousand plus interest for 8 months now. I can only start working in April next year. Restraint of trade should be ********. I was vmafe a victim buly my previous company as they never did that with any other employee.
