Unsatisfied with National dedt Advi2

We applyd with National Dedt advisors 2020/10/ and from day one all ouer debetorders went of and they whanted us to pay them and all debetorders . Then beginning of november my and my wifes bank debetorders from the bank went off and called and it took 15 working days for the refund. End Nobember and end December the same. My whife mails them some times no replay other times we get replays saying it is the bank that is in the wrong. My whife is waiting for refund from 15 January and we mailed and mailed and they say we must wait for friday if not payed in we must mail again my whife maild the 10 th of feb the last and its now 16 th feb and no respons we maild 7 times and nothing has been resolved. We asked for a full settelment amout of all ouer accounts on 9 January and then again on 11 January they said 2 to 5 working days for this and we are now on 16 February and still nothing. Unsatisfied with the service and some mails receaved as we mail them constantly was unprofessional.
