Unreliable & frustrating

I have been under debt review with NDA since 2014 and everything was going well. Some of my accounts are now in arrears. Apparently the payment arrangement was declined by Nedbank in November 2014 and these letters was sent to Sebastien Alarik Alexanderson and now my Nedbank accounts are in arrears and accummulating interest. NDA has been aware of this and never took action until late last year. In October they sent me a client affidavit so that they can make a new arrangement with the suppliers and to date I have had no response. NDA is paying the bank monthly but not the agreed amounts hence my accounts are in arrears. The bank is calling me daily requesting payment, the balance on one of my accounts was R26686.23 in November 2014 and it's currently at R32000. I sent them an email to them to cancel the debt review as it's not working me, but I was told I can't cancel until I can prove that all accounts are paid up. I'm hoping by now my debts would have decreased. This is really frustrating me and I regret requesting their assistance, I have recently sent countless emails to them and no one has responded yet. I just wish NDA could call me to inform me of the way forward.
