Unprofessional Debt Counselors

This company is a total **** trust me, there's a guy there by the name of Jason Reid, I signed with them 2019 and they didn't help me with my standard bank account, the creditor kept deducting money in my account and NDA too, fast forward 2024 when I ask for 17.7 they send me an invoice that I owe them 3K 💔. When you call the transfer department they say you can't talk to them on the phone only emails. This company will ruin your lives don't join them please
