I would like to share my review on NDA not to discredit the company because, maybe I'm just an unfortunate customer, but to make people aware of what actually happens while you are on this programme. I have recently paid of my debt and oh what a relieve, but let me tell you these advisors would only be in contact with you at the beginning of your journey and never again unless you reach out for some other reason, but yet you pay your "Debt Advisor" a monthly fee of almost R500, yes I know they are rendering a service but then why did I have to initiate the process of getting my clearance certificate when my debt was paid off ,why do I now have a situation where I over paid some creditors and struggling to get my money back and my clearance certificate because of this, I cannot wait months for this situation to be dealt with. my opinion negotiate with your creditors yourself before dealing with a debt review company.
