*****ulent company zero assistance and will mess up everything

I would like to say that since signing up i have received zero comminication only when i needed to make payments. I have paid the entire duration and completed everything in October and have yet to havr my judgement against my name removed. There has been zero contact from their company or attempts to assist me in resolving this issue..i have been unable to do anything until i receive this clearance from them. I have then attempted to move to another company to assist with removing this off my name and paid them and NDA has chosen not to release my documents to them to get my clearance. I have been affected and would like to now take this to the media as well as lay a case against them for damages due to negligence on their end
