Turn around time

Good day

I didn't want to do this, however I am not happy. My concern is that its almost a month and I don't see any movement in my request, on the 23rd of Nov, I sent through my details, paid up letters and settlement letters. I only received feedback on the 28th of November. My current concern is the amount of time its taking for my ticket to be resolved (Ticket number: ***). I have also contacted the centre, they have advised that they cannot give a turn around time for this to be resolved. Which I am not particularly happy about, surely you can give me a turn around time for something to be resolved. Can someone please contact me and assist further.
