******* TO BE UNDER DEBT REVIEW
Thembisa Mbana ******* me to be under debt review. I was managing my account well, my credit recorded was good until such time the lady called me and offered some help. She mislead & persuaded me to enter into a contract with NDA to negotiate my instalments with two creditors at most. Little did I know I was digging my own grave. I called her several time after learning what I have been through to no avail. I wrote letter to withdraw the contract with no response up until such time I had to remind her of my intensions.
I want them to pay for misleading me and need my good credit record. I want to challenge this and request my tape recordings
