Trapped in debt review

I was put under debt review by them and now they telling me they dont see my file and im now stuck in a situation where i cant get out of debt review even thou i mailed them all the necessary documents. Every time i call they just say matter escalated question when coz i need this letter. Ref call : ***1 no blame on Shaney just the escalation process sucks coz of delayed reponse
