The worst customer servjce experience by far

I jist spoke to Nthabileng, who became extremely frustrated and rude, speaking over me while I am trying to understand her saying im behind after I habe made all payments. She says there are no notes on system to sshow her the multiple prevjous interactions I have have to to resolve and align a short payment/agreement issue I honored 2months ago and that if creditors call me I must just say I made payment, she can mpt let them know that the laymsnt has been made and money will tge distributed in 7 days.
