Nonkosi Wendy Mgwexa is an excellent employee! She is not only patient, but follows up with her clients at the exact time frame she assures. I had an issue with a double debit, and was furious, with 100 million questions. She answered all of them calmly without breaking a sweat and gave me a hoard of info and assistance regarding my double debit issue. All I can say is, I'm greatful to her. Keep up the great work!
