Terribly slow feedback, if AT ALL

Both my husband and I entered debt review in December 2016. My husband has been paying his part the whole of 2017 and has accrued a huge debt BECAUSE of NDA. They have not been to court with his case, his court date was only on 31 January 2018! Now he has almost double the debt because of that. They still have not given any feedback on the matter and they do not seem to respond to any e-mail. My own account does not seem to be any better. Terrible service.
