Terrible experience.

am completely and utterly repulsed my the level of service that I have received from the NDA. I opted to use your services because of positive feedback that I have received from one of your clients, however, I was surprised to find out that the company lacks professionalism and proper communication skills.

Early this month I was told I was registered and everything was going smoothly, only to find out that my debit date was incorrect, and after many futile attempts to change it, one would think that this problem would be solved but NO, it's still the same I correct debit date. The first debit date was suppose to be the 22/12/2023 however there were multiple attempts and calls to debit on the 25/11/2023. What's worse is the fact that you guys wanted to withdraw the money but you only wanted to send out the debit order cancelations on the 27/11/2023.

My consultant, Riedwaan Jeftha, was supposed to guide and instruct me on the process and the steps forward, however I was not kept in formed, I received an sms about the reckless lending assessment. Then I, the client, had follow up, as I was confused as to why I received this sms. And only after multiple emails and calls did I receive any feedback.

On the 8/12/2023 After all forms were competed, my consultant assured me that I was registered with the NDA and the only deduction that would be made from my account would by be you, the NDA.

To my surprise, as I woke up on the 19/12/2023 a deduction of R8000 was made from my account by one of the debtors. And this after I was promised only NDA would deduct, moreover this was also after all the forms were signed, sealed and delivered to all relevant parties.

Upon calling to find out what the problem was, I was informed by a customer service representative Justin, who spoke with Riedwaan, that I was only registered on the 20/12/2023. Mind you my own consultant didn't even speak to me personally. Also what tops it all off is the fact that I was informed that two of the debtors didn't even accept the agreement nor did my consultant send my debtors the payment proposal which was news to me as I thought everything was going according to plan as per my conversation with Riedwaan, my consultant, on the 8/12/2023.

After all this, NDA sent an sms to say that the deduction is taking place tomorrow, after reassuring me that there will not be any deductions because of the deduction that took place and that I will be treated as a new applicant, but there has been no communication at all. Keep in kind that I am a single parent and my reason for joining NDA was to pay my daughter's tuition fees. I am not looking for an easy way out from paying my debt, hence me joining the NDA to refrain from being blacklisted, however, after the terrible experience I have had with NDA, It seems like I will be blacklisted again
