Terrible

Apparently in order for a debt review to be put into process.. You need to go to court in order for a judge to consent to the debt review.. I have only been debited once by hpyhen pda and that was in 2020. And now that I want to take out a loan in order to pay my debts off.. I cannot cause of my name being under this debt review.. I'd like to know what I can do to terminate this debt review!! Can someone please assist
