Subject: Urgent Request to Resolve Outstanding Debt Review Status

Hi there,

I’m writing to express my deep disappointment with the handling of my case, particularly given that the facilitation period has long since lapsed. I settled my debts with creditors back in March 2022, yet I’ve just discovered that the Debt Review status remains active on my credit profile.

This oversight is extremely frustrating. I’ve contacted the National Debt Advisors (NDA) to report the issue, but I’ve been repeatedly redirected without any resolution—leaving me feeling helpless and increasingly disheartened.

I sincerely hope this platform will offer the support and attention needed to finally resolve this matter.
