****** my money

They have consulted with me with regards to my debt review. Over 3 months I paid them over R8 000.00 but nothing has happened. So I app**** at another debt review company. First the NDA did not want to remove me from their database as they claimed I owed them money which I did not. I lodged complaints with the NCR and the DCASA. They have to refund me my money as per the NCR law but now nobody wants to talk to me. The call centre refuse to transfer my calls, nobody is answering my emails and I have to now pay another company to do what I paid the NDA to do. <br> My next step will be to take them to court. I am yet to deal with a company as bad as this one. Their excuses, threats, and inability do deal with customers are mind blowing.
