Still waiting on answers

I am so disappointed and not getting the answers I need. After being on debt review for a few years, early last year I emailed NDA to advise when my last payment will be. They advised that it would be September 2021. Later in the year just for clarity I emailed again to confirm and yet again they said September 2021. After May 2021 I noticed that the balances of my accounts increased drastically. Questioned that as well, but no relevant answer. I then noticed on my statement that my vehicle was paid in December 2021. This is when I freaked out, because my last payment on the vehicle was in March 2021 and I have received my paid up letter from the bank. I am so confused and seeking answers. Made contact with them again last week, spoke to someone last week Thursday & still waiting on a reply. If it carries on like this I have no other choice but to get my lawyer involved.
