Still no resolution with NDA

Good morning. Based on the last review I wrote on the 20 may, I have still not received my paid up letter from from my creditor. I was told that as soon as I make the payment, on the 23 may, the paid up letter Wil be generated ASAP and my name will be sent for clearance. To date I am. Still waiting. The agent at NDA who is handling my escalation is also hard to speak to. I have to keep calling them and they keep asking me to send an email. The agent gives me feedback and tells me she cannot get a hold of the the creditor and that's it. They is no pro active approach from NDA. I ask to speak to a manager and they tell me I must send an e mail. Please NDA I am humply requesting for your urgent assistance in get my clearance. I settled my debt in early April and we are now in June and still you people are giving me the run around for your error. Url asked me to pay extra money which I did and still the matter e is not resolved. I am waiting to purchase a property and I cannot proceed until I recidved my clearance. Your guys were meant to help your clients. Please can I get urgent feedback that the paid up letter is received from capital data and can my name be sent for clearance this week. I have been waiting since early April and this is not fair. Thank you
