Stay away from National Debt Advisors or you will regret

If you want frustrations, and extremely bad customer cure deal with National Debt Advisors. When my last Debt instalment was paid in 2021 I requested for clearance certificate, it was when I was told that the rules have changed, I need to pay of my car as well to get clearance certificate. September last year I paid of my car and requested clearance certificate again then I was told to pay of my house I objected that and ask them why? Then I was told that they need a bank statement from my bond hold showing that I am not in arrears. I submitted that then they just kept quiet no communication, I followed up then I was told the statement has expired I must submit a resent statement and I did that. After receiving the resent statement I was served with invoice of R1500 as after care fees. I paid that R1500 instead of receiving my clearance certificate I was told to submit a resent bond statement for the 3rd time.

It is the 31 of January 2025 today with no joy at all I am being abused by NDA, now they blame each other for the sent documents that was never logged to their system, while my life is stuck because when I needed help I trusted wrong company. Do not make the same mistake stay away from NDA or you may regret it.
