POOR SERVICE , SAY THEY WILL HELP YOU TO REDUCE YOUR MONTHLY PAYMENTS SURE THEY DO BUT WHEN COVID STRUCK AND I COULD NOT KEEP UP MY PAYMENTS AND ASKED FOR PAYMENT ADJUSTMENTS THE JUST DIDNT CARE, DEBT COUNCILORS IS WORTHLESS PATHETIC
