Firstly it was a nightmare. I sent in my settlement letters and they told me it will take 7 days for them to issue me the clearance certificate. 7 days later I called them as I haven't heard back from them, then they told me the settlement letters were incorrect as the letter has to say PAID IN FULL. I had to contact all my debtors to ask them to change the wording on the letters. It took NDA it took a full month and a couple of days for me to receive the clearance certificate. If only they had called me a day after I sent the settlement letters to them to tell me the wording was in correct the procedure would have been less than a month. To top it all when I finally received my clearance certificate the paid in full dates were incorrect NDA used the dates on the revised letters that says paid in full instead of the dates the account was actually paid. Well it is what it is and I should be grateful that I'm debt free and that I received my clearance certificate as their are people out there who battles to obtain their certificates from their Debt Administrators and I don't mean NDA I'm referring to other company's with the same services.
