Service Horrible

Hi Im back again to complain about National Debt Advisors these people does not do their job properly. I was required to get the statements from the last two of my creditors that my debt is paid up with them and on the 29/08/2019 I sent both these documents to Chantal, who in turn told me that that it would take 21 days to receive my clearance certificate, so I waited patiently for any news. Then after I enquired from Chantal how far my clearance certificate was from receiving it and this was now in November 2019.She told my that they still need my Hugo Attorneys letter which I already had sent 29/08/2019.So I told here that it was sent and looked for it under my emails and resended it again, and ow once again I have to wait and just now on 06/11/2019 Jessica informed me that I can get my clearance certificate after I pay aftercare fees of the amount of R759 which is absurd because each month over the years since I was a client of Nationan Debt Advisors I received invoice statments clearly indicating that I am paying the aftercare fees.I will strongly not advise any person to use National Debt Advisors
