I would give them less than a star. I have been a client for a while now but upon looking at my HYPHEN PDA statements, I noticed that the balance left never go down . Instead they climb up. Which means I will never finish. By my calculations I shouldbe done with them in the next 2-2.5 years but clearly they have other thoughts. My statements show all my balances are higher in august than they were in July and June and I am sure it would be the same if I checked the statements from even before that period! ********!
