I finished paying my last account in February 2024 and since then they have been giving me the run around with regards to clearing my name and sending the clearance certificate. Since then I’ve been in contact with different agents, who each give me different stories about how they are waiting for paid up letters, for accounts that I settled over a year ago, with each agent, it’s a different account; some which I have paid up letters for. After all these years and the money that I paid the NDA, now that they have to clear my name they now give me this terrible service!
