Rude Response, No Help.

I sent an email to one of the consultants so seems like automatically it creates a ticket and I got a call from "Sinazo Siyungu" who told me that since I cannot get written letters from my creditors there is nothing that they can do and asked me how did I enter into agreement with the creditors and I dropped the phone. My question is when I signed up for debt review they never cared how I got into agreement with these parties. My issue is the fact that she did not propose any solution. I have paid them whats due to them now it is a struggle to get my name removed for accounts that has been sold to third parties. She then sent an email to say the ticket is resolved because I dropped the phone in my response I asked for my email to be forwarded to a manager and nothing. This Morning I logged another call and got a response that it was been resolved yet no one called me or gave me any feedback. If a manager does not contact me so that we can get this issue resolved. I will be taking my complaint to the NCR.
