Rude ND misleading information

NDA has been giving me misleading and false information and as a result creditors claims I have not paid them for several months now. I have been paying NDA to pay my creditors since October 2019 and ever seen nice the creditors has always called me to collect funds so I eventually decided to contact NDA (around February 2020) to find out if do I owe them anything or have I skipped any payments however I was adviced I do not owe any funds or have skipped any payments.

In April 2020 I contacted NDA to make a payment arrangement as I had short paid them, so the arrangement was done however now I am being told I haven't been paying my NDA account for several months therefore as a result I have tremendously suffered financially due to due to misleading information that I didn't skip any monthly payments.
