Debt review is never a great thing and would not advise one to go for it. I registered with NDA in 2014 and thought my problems will be over in 48mnths oh boy was I wrong. I ended up terminating my service with them which became a mission. Fast forward to 2020 where i needed my clearance certificate I got in contact with a lady called Rowhan Coetzee who took my call with calmness and was very polite and professional. She adviced me on step to take and what protocols to follow to clear my name. What I like about her was her detailed explanations, with politeness and professionalism. She called back when she said she will. She told me on how long and where the documents will be escallated to. She took time to go back to my profile and understood my frustrations and assisted in everyway she could. If i was not available on m phone she will pop me an email for an update.
