Repaying of a **********ly opened account.

2015 I was alerted by Standard Bank of an impersonator who **********ly opened an account using my identity.I was requested to confirm my identity & send all the documents to Standard Bank in order to close the account.

Immediately after that incident I was indebted to a point where I needed debt review.National Debt Advisors(Nda)helped me in that regard.When they sent me the list of accounts owed,I was suprised to see the very same Standard Bank account on the list.I immediately alerted them & was promised the account will be deleted from my profile after consultation with Standard Bank.To this day I am still paying that account even after trying my all to delete it.

The consultants at NDA were not helpful either.A lady by the name Nosizwe who was responsible for my account literally told me how irritating I am.She is the worst consultant I've ever came across.I requested my account to be moved to someone senior & I thought Ibrahiem will help.He started well but ended up ignoring my emails just like Nosizwe.

This is my money & I wont just let it pay a debt that was never mine.I want to take this matter to the ombudsman if possible to find help.

I am desparate for justice.
