Remove from debt review you failed to help me

I voluntarily joined debt review with national debt advisors after struggling with my debts,I joined May 2021 with the hopes of managing my debts then later pay extra once my situation had bee sorted, in 2022 I get calls from my creditors advising on my arrears and that my counselors are not paying consistently and the amount agreed upon and they are terminating the agreement which means they will repossess my assets, called and texted my counselor for months with no luck ,I'm paying my creditors and I need them to assist me with restructuring my arrears so I can pay and be up to date ,I can't access that option because the title that I'm under debt review is still in my name and I can't even find better employment because of this these people messed up my life instead of helping me .Remove me from debt review so I can get a better job and manage my debts my self as I have been doing, I have asked them since they have removed me from debt review with my creditors they also clear my name ,another thing is I can't even join another debt counselor. You have killed me alive with debts that I would hav2 finished if I did it on my own.clear my name
