REMOVE DEBT REVIEW STATUS!

Absolutely regret very using this place. I genuinely wish at the age I was, Someone would have told me that this is complete ****!

agreement was made in about 2017. Of which this company is only able to provide 1month where they actually made a payment on my behalf.

26 March 2018 - Notice to cancel was received as I refused to make any more payments as their services were sloppy.

14/09/2018 - I received an invoice stating that I owed a "Restruturing fee & aftercare fee" amounting to R4941.96 (Which makes ****ing no sense as they didn't assist with my payments!)

25/06/2020 - received the same invoice as per above

31/05/2021 - received the same invoice as per above

05/07/2021 - I received an invoice stating that I owed a "legal fee (Shortfall) " amounting to R1885.49

LET ME LAY DOWN THE ISSUES WITH THIS : 1. As a Business, if any is liable to owe you money, How has noone bother to make contact with me for pending fees since 2017 ( The only time I recieved any communication from your people is when I had to be on hold for more than 30mins to get hold of someone)

2. If your services was not used at all, How do I even owe you money.

3. How is it that in may the fees I owed is completely different to what I received in July this year

4. I fully believe I dont owe a cent and would like someone who is actually MANAGEMENT to assist in removing my "under debt review status".

I am 26years of age, which no debt on m y name (As all my paid up letters were even sent to your offices to proof I handle it all myself without your help). However because your offices wont remove my status I am now unable to purchase my very own vehicle, I am unable to open any accounts, I am unable to purchase a house :'( I honestly dont think this company is acknowledging how this is ruining my life.

I sincerely ask that MANAGE please look into this and assist within the week to have my status cleared
