REMOVAL OF DEBT REVIEW - POOR SERVICE

They are quick to sign you up for this absolute terrible thing called debt review but lacks the ability to respond just as quick when you want it removed. I agreed to debt review then i became unemployed for a bit, had a baby, covid happened, got a job again and only NOW I'm finally able to regain my footing financially and i also saw that all those debt was written off. It does not show on my credit report - it states closed. Today i've been at it with NDA for 2 weeks to help me get the debt review removed. Still no feedback BUT that they want me to go hunt for paid up letters which i dont have. 27/09/2023 i completed a call back and Abonga phoned me back as fast as they hang you with this debt review. I was told she cant assist and referred me to their department which deals with this. I phoned the number on the website *** and was transferred to Haseena who took my new cell no and i asked her to give me a call back which has not happened as well. 28 & 29 September i repeatedly sent whatsapp messages to their whatsapp number+*** to call me back which was ignored. 40 messages to be exact over the 2 days. Now im hoping this review will help in getting some reaction from them and also make people aware that debt review is NOT the way to go, and their after sales service is absolutely horrible.
