Removal of debt review

I curse the day I asked for help from these people . Initially they were supposed to help me with consolidating my debt and they opted to put me on debt review. Even though they were deducting money I was still contacted by these debtors . I have not had any communication from them for well over 4 years . I have a credit score of over 600 but can't get any debt because of that debt review. I am at a point where I don't want to understand I want this nonsense removed from my name so that I too can have a life. I contacted them via email at the beginning of this week to this hour I await their response. I am disgusted by how they conduct business
