refund

I took the debt review in April and in May i was debited by the accounts that were on debt review close to 10 k and I was told that i will receive feedback within 3-5 working days, i followed up today and they told me Nolwazi was suppose to assist me and i have not received a call or any feedback regarding my refund i am the one that following up continuously and Haseema keeps telling me to wait i am not happy with the service at all, this is an inconvenience for me as i now have to put everything on hold until i get a refund and no one is calling me or telling me anything
