refund

I honestly regret joining this companies debt review, the consultants don't call you or advise you on any feedback if you don't follow up, I have been requesting for my refund to be paid its been 15 days and still I have not received my money, the response is always they have requested feedback , from the consultants or they on sick leave , I am new client, I recommended my colleagues to join and I have told them to not bother because the service is terrible and its only 3 months as a new member, I joined this to fix my debt but now I was debited by the company and the loan providers, what makes me more angry is I was called when they thought my debit order didn't go through coz it was a weekend when it did but now that I require my refund for the 9000 I am constantly following up
