Refund

Good day

Below is the email I have tried to send to the NDA CEO but there was no luck in sending it through.

It has been 2 and going to 3 weeks without any positive response from my query, instead, it goes back and forth without any success or feedback. My Agent is Robyn who has been helping with information when I joined and assured me that if my account gets double debited I will certainly get a refund which hasn't happened yet. On the 25 Jan Standard bank debited then NDA debited again on the 26 Jan, I raised the issue first hand it happened but till today it has not been resolved, double debit was R4900 which impacted on my expenses this month, I have a child to feed and having to got to work but I have no petrol and my child was chased out of preschool due to my inability to pay school fees this month, I am very heartbroken that even after numerous attempts of following us every day on my query nothing is resolved, I have escalated to Ibraheim who assured me to resolve this by end of last week but still to this day no feedback even after sending follow up emails. I tried to call the call centre which is another nightmare, they say they are not allowed to transfer any calls to the relevant person. Please can you urgently assist with this query, as now I was advised to take legal actions against NDA which is the process I am not willing to take as I just require my refund which put me in a very financial strain month. I feel it is unfair that we come to NDA crying for help and end up regretting why we went there in the first place. My experience since I have joined has been the worst. Your assistance will be highly appreciated, Sir.
