Process not done properly
My process was not done properly 😒 I'm struggling now and they don't care. They are not impartial.

All the required documentation was eventually received, yet my concerns were dismissed without adequately addressing the procedural failures that led to the cancellation. It appears that the mistakes made during the handling of my application are now being held against me, while no accountability has been taken for the shortcomings on your side. Throughout this process, I have not felt that the focus was on assisting me or ensuring that the process was handled fairly. Instead, it feels as though the priority was simply to have me placed under debt review.
