Poor service
Can the NDA please assist me. I am trying to call and get through for the last few weeks for my clearance certificate and have received no help. Everytime I call they tell me to call back tomorrow for it because the "guy who stamps the forms is not there"??? No one is answering the phone or email. I urgently need it and am very disappointed with the service I'm receiving.
