Poor service and ***** practices

NDA is not a good company. on more than one occasion, I have seen increases in my balances(not related to interest) without an explanation from them. when i try to call and enquire about this im given the run around. i get told the distribution agent is suppling out dated figures. im really tired of this. they cannot even explain how the distribution agent is getting false information. this leads me to believe that money is being siphoned somewhere and they are not disclosing to the customer.
